Thomas W. NormanIf anybody remembers every time a player has left the Pacers or been traded from the Pacers have become really nothing. So if Paul George does go to L.A. I don't think he will become of anything. He's already been in the league for 7 years now. If he goes to LA they have to build up around him possibly. How long is that going to take. My opinion is he's done and will become another Roy Hibbert and fizzle out.

Ron StrahleyThis is exactly why the small markets teams have difficulty competing. In most cases, they don't have the money like your major market teams and players want to be in the big market cities Where they can make more money. You have to admire players like Reggie Miller who forfeited money and remained loyal to one organization. If the NBA wants any kind of parity in the league, they need to chance the rules. Teams need to be given draft choices based on the ranking of the players that they are loosing. I really don't want to watch a few teams like Golden State, Cleveland, Etc. who dominate year after year , because they are able to have 3 superstars on their team. If that is where we heading, let's just get rid of the majority of the teams and have about 6-8 teams league with all of the best players .

Brandt BaughnPeople always talk about the house that Peyton built in Lucas Oil. But we so quickly forget what Reggie did for the Pacers. Without him being the corner stone of the franchise who knows if Indiana even still has a Pro basketball team. Can you imagine Indiana, the home of basketball, without the a pro team? At this point I'm more upset that Reggie couldn't bring us a championship for his sake than for mine. He wanted to so bad and was such a great competitor that it hurts knowing he was so close to getting a ring. He could have easily left to run and get a ring somewhere else but he was determined to represent Indiana and bring us a championship and I can't respect him anymore for that.

Dayln JenkinsThe NBA is truly soft now. Nothing truly earned in the game today. Despite never winning a championship title. Reggie Miller played for the love of the game, by first being committed to excellence on and off the court. Loyal until the end. Dedication, hard work, and leadership. And a unwavering commitment to winning and not giving up to play for another team. Because Pacers were truly always competitive with Reggie and others back in the 90's and early 2000's. So today I say RIP to all the Loyal players who did things the right way and the hard way. They earned it!!

Once D West left, the heart and soul of the team did as well. And if PG wants to go, who can blame him. Who the hell is content with mediocrity. But, if he does, trade him now. We will rebuild around Turner, the Pacers next franchise player.
