Luke will surprise you next season. I have watched him grow as a player every year. He is coachable plus listens and learns from players. Just wait, he will grow and be better next year. He just needs to be in the game to score, assist, steal and pass. He’s all around great at basketball.21 hours ago · 2
Luke is good to go! He's being underused (if that's a word) in my opinion. Building a great team doesn't boil down to simply adding the best prospects... There's health, defense, offense, size, athleticism and other things you need to factor in on top of your current goal. If a better prospect was on the board that wasn't projected to be there when your pick came and you haven't scouted that player enough to be comfortable with drafting them then you leave it and go with what you know. As far as his ability is concerned he could top out much better than korver who just recently in his long career added defense and driving ability. This isn't the 2nd of the 1st round pick that we botched these are middle-rung classes with not too many definites. Be reasonable24 hours ago · 3

Stan Van Gundy is already looking toward next season and a major part of his plan? A comfortable playoff seed. Keith Langlois breaks it down in today's True Blue Pistons blog...

Man I love the pistons but we need an overhaul. I think Stan is a good coach but I think he lost this locker room. We have been bad for the majority of his run. Better players have been drafted with later picks than ours. We haven’t made the playoffs 3 out of 4 years. Now we don’t have a 1st round pick. We are so far away from being a real threat and we are stuck in limbo. I just think it’s time to move on. It will be the same next year. Reggie and Blake are not known to play full seasons. Who’s to say they both don’t miss 30 games a piece next season. Are we really depending on that combo to be successful? I wouldn’t bet that they both play a full season. Just move on6 days ago · 12
Keith, there is one good thing about the season ending, we do not have to be a witness to this propaganda about what SVG is doing or going to do. What have we been watching for the last 4 years? You watched it too. It speaks for itself.5 days ago · 1
Sorry, but Kennard would need to improve greatly to be worth his selection, or even start. He is just way too slow. Slow cuts, slow passes, slow release .... and he's definitely not the scorer or gunner that he was drafted to be. Just my opinion.6 days ago · 2
He isnt a bad player. He is slow, but its a bunch of slow players in the league, he just needs a separation move and he will be fine, reason that he will be playing point in summer league, so he can have ball in his, hands more. Stanley needs sumner league, Big Hank needs summer league. And they need to bring back KCP at the mid level, he aint gonna, get offered much more. What we really need is a wing that can shoot and create off bounce6 days ago · 2

SVG is a good coach. I can understand why people want him fired, but he knows what he is doing. I think seeing what the team does when it’s fully healthy would be fair to SVG, but we will see what happens. No matter what tho, that hat game is always fresh for SVG 😂.7 days ago · 6
For those who are saying that we shouldn't have traded for Blake here's why we should've...Tobias is 3 not a 4 and when our 4 (Leuer) went down for the year we simply were not getting any production at the 4..Don't get me wrong Tolliver is a nice piece but he's a role player not a full season starter and Blake gives us the muscle of a 4 with the playmaking abilities of a 3 which was something Tobias couldn't do to a point...Now when Blake first got here and we won the first 4 or 5 games it was Blake this and Blake that but then we struggle down the stretch and now it's we shouldn't have made the trade..Patience people let's give the guys a full season to see what they can do before we determine if this was the right trade or not!!6 days ago · 2
This season would’ve went much differently had he of drafted Donovan Mitchell instead of Luke Kennard. Mitchell was a beast at Louisville & look what he’s been doing in Utah, up for rookie of the yr 🤦🏼♂️ Ppl need to stop giving excuses for this man. He’s made terrible drafts & gave out outrageous contracts to mediocre players at best putting a hard hit on our cap space to be able to go after above average players or all-star caliber players. I’d give him possibly one more yr to see if things can turn around for the better, but the way his first 4 yrs have gone, I don’t have high hopes. Go Pistons!6 days ago
SVG is always like...IDK. That's why he should stay in the front office. I want to see this team stay together and get better. The chemistry is great. SVG the answer is work hard in the off-season and get stronger in the gym and on D, stay heathy. I have great plans to implement Blake's ability into our offense.5 days ago
